Governance & disclosure
We ask clients for full disclosure during diligence. It would be inconsistent not to publish our own registrations, licences and policies in the same spirit.

Policies
Every engagement is governed by a written code covering conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, fair dealing and escalation. Employees confirm adherence annually, and any supplier relationship that could compromise independent advice must be declared before a mandate is accepted.
We do not make facilitation payments, and no employee is authorised to offer anything of value to secure a regulatory outcome. Where an approval process is being obstructed, our response is to escalate formally and in writing.
We take no commissions, rebates or success fees from equipment suppliers or EPC contractors. Where we hold an investment in an asset relevant to a client engagement, that interest is disclosed in writing before the mandate begins.
Client data — consumption profiles, tariffs, drawings, financial models — is treated as confidential by default, access-controlled internally, and returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement on request.
Site personnel operate under a documented HSE plan aligned to the contractor’s own system, with stop-work authority for any observed unsafe condition regardless of who employs the worker involved.
A confidential channel is available to employees, contractors and client personnel to report suspected misconduct, with a stated non-retaliation commitment.
