Services
We sit on your side of the table — writing the tender, testing the bids and holding the contractor to the schedule you were promised.
Overview
Renewable projects rarely fail on technology. They fail on scope gaps, weak liquidated damages, optimistic yield assumptions and drawings nobody checked. Owner’s engineering exists to catch those before they become change orders.
We run the RFP as a genuinely comparable process, then stay through execution with site supervision, quality gates, milestone certification and a commissioning handover that includes the documentation you will need for the next fifteen years of operations.

Common questions
If your question is not here, it is probably a good one. Send it across and you will get a direct answer rather than a brochure.
Ask the teamIdeally before the RFP is written — that is where most of the value is created. We can also join mid-construction, though options narrow once contracts are signed.
No. We are paid by you, on a fee basis, which is what allows us to reject a bid without a conflict of interest.
We document, certify and escalate against the contract terms we helped write. Enforceable liquidated damages are set up at the RFP stage for exactly this reason.
